Best customer service. Listened to what I wanted and my client was so happy with their arrangement. It was beyond my expectations. It was delivered exactly when I was told it would be there. Lisa was very helpful and easy to work with. Her knowledge was invaluable and she offered lots of different ideas and prices without being pushy. We chose a beautiful ceramic dish garden with fresh cut flowers to send to a family member who lost their young son tragically. I will definitely use them again and recommend anyone check this florist out for great quality and service!!
I called yesterday in the late afternoon and they had no problem making my delivery to a local hospital. I spoke with Jacob. He was so nice and a beautiful arrangement was sent. I also called back to add a balloon and wanted to pay for it. I don't remember the nice young lady who I spoke to but she said don't worry, we will add a balloon. They added it free of charge. When you call in from out of town, you never know what will get sent...I was so pleased with the flowers and it cheered my friend up. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again. Nice people and amazing fast service!!
I would highly recommend Virginia Beach Florist, had the most amazing experience in light of the circumstances. I called at 6:15pm, fifteen minutes after closing and to my surprise someone answered. I spoke with DJ who was very patient and understanding. I explained to him that I needed two floral arrangements for my father in law’s memorial service which was scheduled the next day in Elizabeth City, NC @ 11:00 am. DJ assured me that he would stay after hours to ensure the order was completed and ready to be picked up promptly 9:00am. My family arrived the following morning at 9:00 am and both arrangements were boxed and ready to be transported. My family is so appreciative of your company and grateful for your caring and supportive staff
