Great little flower shop Main St. Great price for the arrangement, which she made on the spot! Love this place. Will be back!
Ordered a sympathy arrangement from here on 12/6. I referenced their FTD eternal friendship bouquet and spent $60 for flowers plus delivery. A family member snapped a picture and I was disappointed, there were not as many roses and other flowers in my bouquet that was shown on their website, they sent a small bouquet and this was for family, I told the lady for the card I want our deepest sympathy love then our first and last name and they didn’t put the love in. Like I said this was for family, we couldn’t make it and it was embarrassing not having the card signed right. Then today I get a thank you card and they had snapped a picture of the bouquet and a full picture of signature card and they had also spelled our last name wrong, it didn’t even make sense what they wrote, it wasn’t even a real last name! I spelled our name out for the lady twice but she was so rushed to get off the phone, very unprofessional and will not use them ever again! So embarrassing!
Ordered flowers with short notice, was very accomodating and patient. Was shown various options on websites, even took us to the workshop to see more catalogs and available flowers.
Called them and they saved me a beautiful poinsettia. Thank you.
Needed a gift for my daughter who is in Aberdeen attending Northern University. Today is her 25th birthday and she was having a bad day. I called Lily's Floral Design & Gifts ( from California) and explained what was happening and what I needed and I have to say that these two ladies who I spoke with went above and beyond what I asked and delivered a wonderful candy bouquet in just a couple of hours after I called. Turned her dreary birthday into a Happy Birthday!!!! Thank You!!!!!
