We were referred here by our vet at Cat Care. My cat, Patches, had a known polyp and nasty ear infection for a long time. We couldn’t kick the infection, so the polyp definitely had to go. Due to the infection, seeing the extent of the polyp was not really possible without a scan. We went for our first appointment and Dr. Stiffler was amazing! So so thorough with his explanation of everything. We went into this expecting a total ear ablation, which we were okay with. I just wanted my cat better! Few weeks later surgery date is here and we received good news that she didn’t need the canal removed, just the polyp! Now she’s home and such a happy cat. My cat is everything in this world to me. I know she was taken care of because she’s happy as a clam! Definitely happy with my experience and Patches is too.
Everyone has been absolutely amazing! They took great care of my baby. I was so concerned about her and they answered all of my questions, they were kind, compassionate and they all showed her love when I couldn't be with her. They answered my call after hours for me to check in on her and they followed up with me a few days after her stay to check in.
This place is beyond amazing. I traveled 2 hours to take my dog for a CCL surgery and they treated my dog like she was their own. They made sure I felt at ease during her stay after surgery and even notated Blue likes extra blankets to snuggle with. They called to follow up after her surgery and took the time to explain everything in detail to me about the whole process! Hands down the best vet around!

DR. RYAN and the OVERNIGHT VETERINARY TECHNICIANS were all we expected in caring for our Pug Priscilla! Kind, honest, professional, and caring!nNOT FIVE (5) stars because of Dr. Miller! the day our sweet Priscilla passed came Dr. Carrie J. Miller who was for lack of words a coward (unable to tell the truth yet very able to point fingers at her co-workers)! If you don't like animals why become a Vet.?
