Dr. Ako kept us informed at the start of every procedure. From evaluation to post surgery recovery. A very skilled surgeon. KITKAT had no lingering after effects. Our next appointment with Dr. Ako will be in a week to remove sutures.

Four Stars because they have the BEST vet on the island there named Dr. Eric Ako.n(He is a TEN STAR Vet in a one start facility)nHe owned his own clinic in Kahala, but closed up and partnered with this clinic.nHe's the ONLY person you should see for your Bird, Cat, or Dog.n(Other than him....service sux...and it's Hawaii Kai prices)n~ Ask for Dr. Ako... Fair, Honest, and extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Our 2 Poms see Dr. Kaya and he is suuuuper sweet, professional, knowledgeable, kind and 100% cares about his furry patients. From start to finish, the staff is friendly and service so great. Erin A.( vet tech) and Dr. Lee Loy (vet) are amazing as well. Kind, friendly , super knowledgeable and total animal lovers as well! I truly feel I can put my trust in Dr. Kaya and his staff for taking good care of my fur babies.

Even though they were closing early due to an issue with the building they made time to see my puppy and trimmed both of my dogs nails with no problems. My little guy has issues with back, legs and attitude from being very inbred and has been hurt by groomers, vet techs and veterinarians. His nails grow twice as fast and will cause him more problems not kept short. With all that said I am so happy.
