I had a foster kitten in for an appointment to get neutered. The day before I got a phone call with the staff telling me to arrive by 7.45 and to call them for curbside drop off. They were very prompt with answering in the morning, and bring out paperwork for me to fill in. After that they came out again to pick him up, and took him inside to weigh and take his temperature before calling me to tell me I could leave. I called in the afternoon for a pick up time, and when I arrived for curbside pick up they were excellent again for bringing out my foster kitten and the instructions needed for the next few days. All staff members were wearing face masks, and seemed diligent about following COVID-19 safety measures. Thank you Mohawk Veterinary Hospital!

Call vid precautions are extensive and excellent. Very safe place. Unfortunately, The technician I spoke with was not able to communicate. I have a special problem with my little girl and she is in serious health risk. All I could get out of this lady was all the tests that she wanted to run and some seemed not to be relevant. Never could come to an understanding except you are going to have to pay for a lot of tests. Truly Sad. I think she hung up on me. Like I said though the Co vid precautions are really good.

When my Helga was sick they were kind and caring. I'm on a limited budget and they were very understanding and did what I could afford. It was comforting to know they would work with me and my girl is now happy and healthy.
