I got married in January, and felt that I should let others know a little bit about Brown Floral. After seeing all of their great reviews I reached out to them to schedule a consultation. They actually responded right away, but not all that professionally. I went to the appointment and felt that we were just going through a checklist with no personalization, care, or professionalism. At the end, she said that she would get back to me with a proposal in the next week. Well, 2 weeks later I emailed them as I had not heard from her. Never heard back again. I did not try any harder as I had found another florist that I was very excited to work with. Even after I started working with the other florist, I reached out just to let them know that I would not longer be working with them, and they never responded. After this experience, I looked back at their reviews to discover that a good majority of the reviews raved about Susie. To my understanding, Susie no longer works with this company. I would suggest doing your research and make sure you are getting good service prior to using them.

I ordered birthday flowers this morning around 10am to be delivered sometime the same day. The flowers were delivered around noon!!!! Not to mention they are gorgeous, and when they were delivered i got a call saying no one was home, giving me opportunity to run home and put them inside. I always choose Brown Floral, this making me even more convinced I am making the right choice!!

We have a very good friend who had been in a very bad accident. A few of the neighbors were wanting to send a nice bright summer arrangement. I contacted Brown Floral, not being familiar with this shop, i selected them because they were close to our friends home.nnWhen I spoke to the shop, they were very accommodating. I explained what we were wanting to send......a bright summer arrangement, that was going to a family resident.nnWell, although the arrangement was beautiful, it was not appropriate for a resident. It was large, tall, like an arrangement that you find in a hotel lobby.nnWe were, as I stated, wanting bright and resident appropriate. The colors were greens, oranges, much more fall than summer. Again, this was meant to be a get will, brighten your day arrangement. I believe it was more office, hotel lobby.....

This great shop has helped us several times via very long distance! They totally rock! Fair prices, super delivery, local business and the best quality flowers....will use them for a very long time.
