Im not sure who took my order, but she was a phenomenal help!!nnThe microphone on my phone was messed up, so she offered to take my order via text message (in order to make sure my delivery would be processed THAT VERY DAY!). I live 6+ hrs from Alamosa, so was a delivery i couldn't make myself.nnShe even took multiple pictures of the arrangement for me to insure i was getting my $ worth. Im glad i took a risk (sight unseen) because it MORE than paid off!nnThis employee went above and beyond (not something a lot of people are willing to do nowadays)..nnI would definitely recommend this company to anyone who lives far away from a resident of this area!nnA++nn(I am in no way, shape, or form affiliated with this company. The flowers received were a very far cry from the online picture I ordered. My mom was delighted, but didn’t know any better. I am not delighted . Not going to lie, it looked as if it was picked up from a grocer and re-arranged in a vase and a balloon tide to it. I didn’t order a balloon and think it made it look tacky and cheap.
