I highly recommend using Una as your florist. I ordered flowers yesterday for my girlfriend as a surprise. She did a great job with the flowers. She was honest about not having certain flowers but came through with a substitute. My gf loved them when she got them. I will definitely be a regular customer of Una. Great floral shop! I live in Texas and I had a friend in Alamosa who just had a baby. I called Tenderly Yours in the late afternoon for a floral delivery and she got it out that same day! The arrangement got lost at the hospital and she was willing to go there and find out what happened. Eventually the flowers were found fresh and absolutely beautiful!! Her work ethic is amazing! She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy and taken care of!
Wow. What a fantastic experience. I asked Una to create an arrangement for my daughter's 28th birthday. This birthday was also a sad occasion for my daughter who had to put down her dog that she had for 14 years. She was able to capture both the joy and sorrow of this day. I called her at 1030 and she had it arranged and delivered by 100. Una is a creative talent. Thanks so much!!!!!!!
I have called and ordered flowers from Una on two separate occasions. Una has always been very helpful and courteous. My first order she was upfront about not having all the flowers for the arrangement. She used what was available to her and created a beautiful arrangement for my step-mom. Based on my first experience with Una, I called again today and ordered flowers for my mom. She again created a beautiful arrangement. Thank you Una!!!
We ordered a spray in late November and were so very happy with the most beautiful arrangement Una created. She made recommendations and the spray turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined (red roses, white lilies). At same time, we also received as gifts a perfect Thanksgiving centerpiece and a very large, stunning bouquet; both were so well-designed and simply lovely. A wonderful experience X 3.
