My family and I have used Paul Wood for around 30 years and they have always been amazing! Sue at Paul Wood did the flowers for 2 weddings, numerous parties and a funeral and the flowers have been wonderful and perfect each time. We didn’t know how to pick flowers for my dads funeral so we left it up to her and they were absolutely beautiful and perfect. I highly recommend them and won’t use anyone else for flowers!!

Called the shop 3 different times since the morning, no one ever answered. I drove by to find out they’re open, I walk in and there is an older lady cutting flowers and not once did she look over and greet me, then minutes later this younger girl with an attitude walks over and looked annoyed to be assisting me. I walked out without purchasing and walked right into Bloom where they greeted me instantly with a warm welcome. I will never recommend Paul Woods based off of the low effort customer service I received and not answering their phones during business hours. So unwelcoming, unfriendly and they didn’t seem to enjoy their job.
I ordered flowers for my Wife's birthday, designer's choice. Wow. This is one of the most amazing artistic floral creations I have ever sent or seen. Thank you Paul Wood. Amazing!!
