Dr. Watkins and Gwen was super knowledgeable, very hospitable and took care of our family needs. Went over and beyond our expectations. The loss of my Mom will never be forgotten and Dr. Watkins took special care of my Mom and help us out with paper work that would take months to get on calendars and interment services the process took a week. God is Good! Thank you for your special care and helping the McGriff Family.

Unprofessional and rude. Somehow they failed to understand that we lost a family member and they treated us like a fast food customer. No hospitality, just in and out without any genuine care for what they do. I couldn't imagine having a job like Gwen's, probably the hardest job to have. However, I didn't appreciate the way she handled the family.

The lady that helped us out was Gwen and she was extremely rude.. we were already going through a lot as it is. She is not good at what she does. I would recommend asking for someone else to assist you if you do decide to choose this mortuary. Personally I would NOT go there. Customer service is important for a job like this.

That lady, the manager, Gewn, is so disrespectful and rude. She should already know that family of the deceased are going through so much and so she should be respectful, culturally sensitive and understanding. She sounded like fighting over the phone when I spoke to her, she told me to brought my deceased family member inside and drop the body while we were heading to the mortuary. I am glad my family decided to use a reputable mortuary in the last mintue. She shouldn't be in this business. Gewn, you lost a client and caused your business lose $$$$ due to your unprofessional and rude attitude.
