Ordered online because one of their arrangement options was perfect for what we needed. Follow up/through was prompt and professional! They even sent a photo of the finished design, which was lovely. Recipient was very pleased with the flowers. We order a lot of flowers and can confidently say from customer service, to product, to pricing, they are doing it right! I had been looking for the perfect flower shop to order a bouquet of flowers for my sister’s birthday. After looking and looking, a florist in the Mission Gorge area recommended La Mesa Floral Design Shoppe to me and told me this shop would be very close to the style I am looking for. Not knowing what to expect, I walked in and talked to the owner of the shop Joan. I showed her a couple of examples of what I had envisioned and she wrote down everything I had mentioned. Joan and her team were very welcoming and friendly and assured me that they’ll make any adjustments if needed to be for the flower arrangement I was looking for. I wanted something stunning and beautiful and Joan and her team not only did that but went above and beyond to creat such a gorgeous arrangement. The pricing was right too and not overpriced. Couldn’t be happier with their work and I cannot wait to return to make more orders in the future. Highly recommend this shop, hands down they are best in town. Thank you so much Joan for making my sister’s birthday extra special.
I ordered flowers for my wife, to celebrate our anniversary. The flowers were the most beautiful my wife says she has seen and I was incredibly impressed with the amount of time and patience went into the bouquet. I highly recommend the La Mesa Floral Design Shoppe for any flower needs.
