Worst customer service I have ever seen. She was condescending to the bride, complained that the wedding had to be changed and a new contract written up( due to a global pandemic ) ,over an hour late for set up and then asked to do it later, and doesn’t even show up for the tear down (even though the bride paid the tear down fee). I’m in disbelief that someone feels comfortable making a bride cry the day before her wedding. It was unneeded stress, immature behavior, and drama that was completely uncalled for.
