I ordered a box of chocolate covered strawberries and a helium balloon for my daughter for delivery on Valentine's Day. Delivery was prompt; ordering was easy; and my daughter loved the berries. However, the balloon was taped, not tied, to its string so it was blown away as soon as she walked out of the door. Sad since they charged $5 just for one balloon! Otherwise, all was great. Will order again, but cautious about the balloons! :)
I was able to order online and have my product delivered in a timely manner. My recipient was well pleased with the order.
I ordered an arrangement for a close friends son who is in the hospital. It was done so beautifully! You could definitely tell it was put together with care and was intentionally arranged so well, it was sure to get a smile from a very sick boy. Mission accomplished. Thank you so much to the staff!
