We went to Englewood florist for years. When they went out of business, we decided to try another local shop. I was completely shocked by how they acted. You would have thought I was inconveniencing them by coming into their business. I spoke with my sister who visited their store previously and agreed that they were unpleasant with her. We both have decided to go somewhere else in the future. They did have what I wanted but to me customer service is key.
