Suggest when call- Ask for Male staff member. They need to replace older lady phone answerer. In my emergency & 2 calls to her, she was unsympathetic & Rude: constantly cutting me off and re-stating her opinions( which later were found to be TOTALLY WRONG).nAfter 43 hours ( Tues. through Thursday) & multiple messages left.nNO ONE returned my phone calls.nI showed up and found a helpful Male staff member.nNo one should have to go through that anxiety caused by a staff member.nI hope they rectify their office procedures immediately.
We've had two immediate family members entrusted with Shepherds and could not have been more satisfied with the way they handled all our requests.
