Amazing staff, good prices, always friendly and attentive to our needs and quick to get our dog in for a visit. Here's an example of their proficiency- I emailed the office asking for my dog's medical records because I have pet insurance and I needed it for a claim and the office sent everything to me - the - same - day - that is unheard of. I am really happy with this vet. Keep up the great work everybody.

The staff at CNY is caring and professional. They have taken care of several of my animals. I refer them as often as I can. Dr Even tried everything to give my dog, who had cancer, the best quality of life possible. Their services offered to your fur baby from beginning to end is very caring and compassionate. When the time comes and you must say goodbye.. it’s peaceful and respectful (and cremation services fairly affordable.) Ladybug and I thank CNY Veterinary.

Always such a good experience at CNY veterinary medical services. Although covid has put a big strain on everyone they work diligently to ensure that our pets stay safe and that we are also at ease. I truly love all the vets there. They are amazing. 5 stars.

Dr. Evan and his staff are the best, when my dog got sick the whole staff at CNY Vets went above and beyond to make sure my girl was taken care of at a reasonable price,and friendly atmosphere my girl wouldn’t eat after surgery being scared after never being anywhere but home (farm vet used to come ) they took there time out of there busy schedule to hand feed her the chicken that I supplied and spoil her like she was home. I give them a 100 present making animals an there parents feel at ease

My dog Gizmo has been going here for 3 years now ever since our previous vet unfortunately passed away. The staff and veterinarians here have always been so amazing to him and done everything they can to make me feel comfortable. Gizmo had an emergency in December right before Christmas and their answering service was very quick to get me connected to the veterinarian on call who guided me to go to VMC in Syracuse for an emergency visit. Thank goodness I did as he needed immediate attention. Later that week he started showing symptoms again and CNY got us in for an appointment the same day without a problem. He has been happy and healthy ever since. Then shoot to this past Tuesday our older dog, Jack, who started seeing them in June and had a dual surgery last month started throwing up. After calling Wednesday to update them that he was still throwing up they got him in immediately and began running tests. After multiple tests into the next day, it was determined that morning he would need a more major surgery. They were there every step of the way updating me through calls and text messages! And now today I was able to bring him home so happy and very healthy with just some healing to do! I can not say enough amazing things about this place or the people who run it and their staff! On top of their amazing commitment to their patients and pet parents, they are also EXTREMELY fair priced and are not in it for the money. They never do any unnecessary tests and always explain everything in detail. I could honestly go on forever about how amazing they are to our fur babies so thank you so much to all the Dr’s and staff who have saved both of our boys and will continue to be our veterinarians for fur babies to come.
