This afternoon I brought my beagle into the clinic. I was very impressed with the kind efficiency of the staff! Josh, the Vet Tech, was gentle and careful with Molly. She was seen quickly by the Vet and examined carefully. Fortunately, she’s fineud83dude00nnI am so relieved and happy that I chose this facility! Great experience!nnThank you. I would recommend this hospital for your emergency pet needs. They were very respectfully and kind with my dog. Because of Covid, their waiting room isn't open and you wait in your car. They still communicated well throughout the process despite not being in the building. The vet was very compassionate and explained very well what was going on with my dog. They were fairly slow in getting my dog in but it did seem busy. So was it expensive? Yes, but it's an emergency vet and was about what I expected.

THANK YOU! Can't rave enough about this place. Prue was very sick with vomiting/lethargic. The office staff was attentive, sincere, and helpful. Everything including costs were explained, and accommodations were made due to the severity of the situation to assess the issue quickly. The entire staff was cohesive, and didn't skip a beat. I hope we never have another emergency, but if we do this is the place to go. Thanks again to all the amazing staff for their attentive/timely service.nJay, Mel, and Prue

These people are amazing. I knew when I started calling animal hospitals that the outcome for my boy, Twitch, was not likely to be good. Being told there were 2-3 hour waits at most places was heartbreaking. But the woman who answered the phone here actually talked to me and told me to come in and they would get someone out to check him right away. Well it was what I thought and although they were ready to do anything to keep him alive, the doctor was also caring, compassionate and supportive when I asked about his quality of life and whether euthanasia was more humane. They walked me through everything and I felt like I was with people who truly cared for us in his final moments. I so appreciate that they saw him right away and saved us both a grueling couple of hours waiting for the bad news. Today I got a beautiful sympathy card from them with ink prints of his paws and his little heart shaped nose. Although my heart is completely shattered, I’m happy and comforted that these were the people who cared for him at the end. Thank you to everyone there for everything you do.

When you run an animal rescue, there are always emergencies. Some need immediate care which is why we rely on emergency veterinary care services to help save the lives we fight so hard for. In this situation a terrible mistake was made and the wrong shampoo was used on a kitten. The foster immediately realized her mistake and rinsed the kitten but sadly kitten started to exhibit toxicity symptoms. The Kitten was rushed to this e-clinic. Thankfully the vet knew immediately what it was and what to do- wash this sweet girl in a Dawn dish soap bath. This kitten spent 30 minutes inside their building and I was charged $80 for a Dawn Dish Soap Bath for an 8 week old kitten. There was a mistake made on our part and I’m grateful the vet knew immediately how to treat kitten but $80 for a Dawn Dish Soap bath for an 8 week old kitten is a bit excessive. I am always willing to pay for services to help save the life of an animal but in my opinion $80 for a Dawn Dish Soap bath is excessive. The total bill was $191.00 for 30 minutes of service. Happy to pay the consult & emergency fees which are 2 different charges and for diagnostics & treatments but a dish soap bath... $80!!!!
