I literally trust the staff at GrandView with my pet's lives. I've had many pets over the years, and I take all of them to GrandView. Dr. Lisa is amazing. Her and all the vet technicians love my animals as much as I do. I always believe that they have my pets best interest in mind. If I take one of my dogs in to the vet, they almost always ask how the other is doing. I recently discovered a health problem with my cat, and they reached out to me after my appointment to see how my little guy was doing. It really is the little things that show how much they really care.nI have been to a few other vets in the area that I feel are just trying to get as much of my money as possible, but not GrandView. Whenever there is a problem, Dr. Lisa always comes up with multiple options for me, some more cost effective than others. They also offer a vaccines for life program, which is super cool and helpful! I have two dogs and a cat, vaccines can get expensive!

Dr Lisa is amazing! I have a pug and a Frenchie.nEspecially great place to take dogs that need laser treatment- they helped bring my dog back from being paralyzed due to a back injury to walking again!!!nnHighly recommend.

Took my kitty in for her annual exam. It went really good. They had everything taken care of from curbside service to talking with the vet and billing. Dr. Lisa and her staff are awesome. Great job!!!

Here is some information for all of you pet owners out there. Do what you want with it. Keep in mind I am entitled to my opinion just as you are to yours. I am putting it out there so you don’t get swindled like I almost did.nTwo weeks ago I took Ace to Grandview Animal Care Center on Union Road so they could assess the mass on his chest and tell me what the best course of action is. The doctor performed an examination told me that they would not do a fine needle aspiration because If the mass was indeed cancer that it would spread so she scheduled my dog for surgery at the end of October WITHOUT KNOWING what the mass is. Seriously the end of October? Yeah let’s wait until it grows and gets worse before we do anything about it. Immediately I asked for a second opinion. That is where dog advocate extraordinaire Patti Bernard Klumpp stepped in. She picked Ace up and took him to Elma animal Hospital where they did the FNA and discovered that it was only a lipoma which does NOT require ANY surgeryufffc unless it grows really big. So basically the people at Grandview were willing to risk my dogs health by making him wait three months for an appointment AND they were gonna charge me over $800 for a surgery that was not necessary. Had they taken the time to do any diagnostic testing they would have found that out. I am extremely disappointed with them. Additionally, today I had to take Rosie to Grandview for her vaccinations. They asked me if I brought a stool sample which I did not. While we were waiting to be called we were walking the grounds and Rosie pooped so I got a stool sample. The girl came out to get Rosie and her bag of goodies. It’s a good thing I asked her if there was going to be an extra charge for the sample because they were going to do the diagnostic testing on it WITHOUT asking me and then charge me for it. Who does business that way??? I find that to be extremely shady. From now on I will be taking my dogs to Elma animal Hospital where I am completely positive they will receive 1000% the proper standard of careufffcufffcufffc, all the love and snuggles they can take and an honest assessment and bill. If you go to Grandview and you like it there, that’s fine but you might want to seek a second opinion. There’s a big difference between $850 and $123.

Could not have asked for more caring, competent, efficient service. My friend could not say enough kind things about Dr Lisa and her staff. They lived up to their reputation.
