Every single person I encountered at Crown when going through the worst experience were professional and compassionate. I know they see many like me that were there due to an acute emergency with their pet and family member, however we were treated so professionally and compassionately. I can’t thank them enough for treating my Lady with the utmost care and dignity. I was given all the time I needed by the Drs for them to explain what was happening and my options. I probably asked the same questions more than once. I was able to spend as much time with Lady as I needed before and after she went over the rainbow. I am very thankful for all the bright spots I experienced here during a really £*%>,+]*€!! time. I hope they all know what a difference and impact they make. It left an imprint on my heart just as my dog did during her lifetime.

We have used Crown a few times for 2 of our cats. We have always found them to be great, and would not hesitate recommend to anyone in need of an emergency vet. Our latest visit was on a Sunday during Covid-19. We called in advance with details so the staff were aware and could assist asap. We parked easily, and were greeted in no time at all. Staff were compassionate and helpful, explaining their findings quickly and honestly, clearly laying out our options, chances of success for each, and estimated costs. Unfortunately on this occasion, we had to put our cat to sleep. Due to current restrictions, the staff have a comfortable area outside where they can maintain distance whilst we said goodbye to our boy. We truly believe he received the best care, and was as comfortable as possible in his final few minutes.

Treated me and my family so great when we had to put down our beloved bootz. Great place with great employees. Even sent us a card a few days later. A+ and thank you for your services.

My dog Nikki was seen by Dr. Angelo at crown. she and her team were so supportive and knowledgeable. Dr Angelo always available through email and phone. I am so lucky to have crossed paths with her. My Nikki wasn’t expected to make it more than a few months at most, but with supportive care she made it a good 7 months! Dr Angelo is all about quality of life and traditional chemo wasn’t an option for Nikki and I. The targeted therapy allowed Nikki many happy months of hiking, eating, and paddle boarding! My Belgian Malinois Broke her arm in a freak accident. Crown took amazing care of her. They took her immediately into surgery. The Dr was wonderful in explaining everything and alleviating my anxiety. The entire staff is outstanding. The follow up care was also excellent.
