My precious CLOUDY was very sick with bladder cancer and I was heart broken that it was her time to pass over the rainbow bridge. Thankfully I knew just who to call as a few years prior cloud's brother Stommy passed away from pancreatic cancer . That when my vet told me about Animal Heaven. Marie is so passionate and truly cares about you and your pet. She fully understand that they are not just cats ( or other types of pets) she knows they are family members. She make you feel comfortable with your family member passing over the bridge and them taking care of the final step.nnMarie always provides to rate service. My Cloudy was back home in only a few short days in a beautiful wooden box.nnThank you very much for everything Marie, outstanding customer service!!!
Highly recommended, she is amazing! Very kind hearted woman, answers the phone right away, and provided a beautiful and personalized urn for our little one.nI had called another place which said they could do it for 200, unless I wanted to mix him in with other pets (wall between) BUT would charge an extra 75 for me to drop off him off on the weekend as an “inconvenience” fee. And would take 3 days.nI drove 45 mins to get to Animal Heaven and I am so glad I did! Got our little guy back within 24 hours. Thank you again so much for being there during such a terrible time
Marie was very kind and compassionate and treated Gracie with the utmost respect. She had taken very good care of another dog for me 20 years ago and treated her with love and devotion. I find her to be 2nd to none. Thank You so much for being such a wonderful person.
Our family was heartbroken at the loss of our dog. Marie was so kind and respectful and made the process as easy as it could possibly be. Her compassion about our loss was more than I could have imagined from any other business. She was extremely understanding of what we were going through and talked to us about our dog, Yogi, in the most loving way. Beyond compassion Marie is very reasonable in price and placed our sweet dogs ashes in a beautiful rosewood box. No one ever wants to go through such a hard experience but thankfully Marie helped us through such a heart wrenching time. Animal Heaven is truly the place to go if you have lost a pet who is loved like family.
Marie is a wonderful and caring lady. She has cremated a few of our beloved kitties over the years and is always professional and fast. You know she is handling your fur baby with the utmost care during the entire process. She clearly cares about animals AND their people. Thank you to Marie for providing these much-needed services in a professional and caring fashion during a time that is sad for the entire family.
