Always an awesome experience. Doc Taylor is the best in the area. He's always been kind and caring. They are very well set up for Covid procedures.

Our Veterinarian for 30 years. Cares so much about animals. So loving, kind, knowledgeable. The staff is fantastic too.

This review is solely based on my experience with the secretary of this establishment. And not on the business itself or the veterinarian that owns this hospital. I called the other day to ask if I could send in my resume. A woman named Kim answered the phone and at first sounded pleasant. Then when I requested the email to send in my resume, she immediately sounded very agitated by my question. Then proceed to raise her voice and with attitude, explained to me that they were simply not hiring, since the employees will soon be returning to work from a LOA due to COVID. Which is great, I just wanted to send in my resume so that if they’re hiring at any point in the future, they’d have the resume of someone who has experience and would love to work there. Anyways I explained to her that I would still like to send my resume in anyways and again asked for the email. She gave it to me and when I went to recite it back to make sure I had everything correct, I stopped to make sure that the word “Veterinary” in the email that she provided was in fact “Veterinary” not Veterinarian. I simply wanted to make sure that I heard her correctly. And this woman had the audacity to tell me that “first of all I need to learn how to say the word “Veterinary”. Now normally I would just let something so petty slide but I thought this was a very unprofessional way to speak to someone and it made me very uncomfortable. Therefore I didn’t end up sending my resume in. And unfortunately will not be applying to this vet hospital in the future. I wouldn’t ever want to work with such a unprofessional coworker anyways. And I feel bad for those that have to. I would have loved to send the owner of this business a direct email, to send my complaint along without having to post it on their review page. But since I don’t have that info and this woman is surely in charge of the public email, this will have to do.
