I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. The staff is always pleasant and courteous, they are great about fitting you in expeditiously and seeing you at your scheduled time. Unlike a lot of other emergency clinics I have never got the sense that they feel overwhelmed or understaffed. They are punctual while also empathetic and seem to genuinely be pleased to take care of you and your pets needs. Visits are always informative with staff being well equipped to both answer your questions and guide you in decision making. I trust them to not just take care of my dog but treat him with the kindness and compassion I would. Grateful they have been there the couple times I’ve needed them!

We love NAMC!! They have been great with all of our animals. Today we had a scare with our youngest dog and although everything turned out fine the staff were great at reassuring us and quickly treating our girl. I can’t thank them enough for being so kind and caring to not only our girl but us as well.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. Everyone was so kind and understanding and even helped me on the price. I recommend this place highly if your regular vet is closed or you are looking for a new vet

We unfortunately had to make the difficult decision to put our 15 year old dog down. We got there and they had 2 estimates printed up for their most expensive services. I told them we didn’t want him cremated, so they went and redid the estimate, but did explain to me that I would still get a “complimentary” paw print unless I wanted to buy more. The one was fine for us. They took him back to put in his IV. It was at that time that I assumed they did the paw print. They came back with him, gave him to us, and they did a fine job on the procedure. After it was over they pointed us to the door so we didn’t have to walk back through the lobby. Of course we were distraught so we left as told. Flash forward a month I hadn’t heard anything about the paw print. We had all been looking forward to it including my kids. I called and they told me because we took him they didn’t take the paw print! The girl i talked to was cold, pointed, and blaming me. I asked to speak with a manager. Nothing came from that. They would not offer to refund me anything, or do anything of any kind in an attempt to make it right. Of course there is nothing I can do at this point. I thought they did a decent job and now after this I will never go back there. We had another experience there earlier in the year and they only care about making the most money they can. It’s disgusting.

Customer service is amazing!!! The price though with very few payment options is insane!!! Robbery! I just spent my rent on an x-ray and wrap for a broken foot...not even a cast, for a 4 lb dog. Then they wanted to sell us a 250 bandage package?!? I hate to complain because everyone was so nice but I feel like they take advantage of people's love of their pets!! If I could've gotten into my vet before 2 weeks I'm sure it would have been half the price.
