I was on the phone with Pitts Veterinary clinic discussing end of life advice options in the late afternoon about my 9 yr old cat when he had a heart attack while i was on the phone with her. He was suffering so bad we knew putting him to sleep was the only option. She was full and had an hour wait to get in. She recommended me to this emergency clinic. They open at 6pm. I called when i was on the way there. They opened the door for me, had paperwork ready and put Leo out of his misery within a couple minutes of opening the door. Thanks to Keith and the nurse for being there for us! Great service
I will always come here for emergencies. The staff is friendly, helpful, and calm. The lobby and examination rooms are very clean. I took my puppy one night after he had some type of parasite that he almost died from and I brought my senior cat to be put down another time. Both traumatic experiences which were handled professionally and compassionately by everyone I came in contact with. Thank you Lincoln Veterinary Emergency Services for being so great.
