I can’t say enough about my experience here. I had to get my rat put down on a Friday evening and they were so kind and accommodating, especially given the fact that I was bringing in a rat. The person who I spoke to was amazing and made me feel so comfortable, if I knew their name I would mention it. They sent me a sympathy card a few weeks later and wrote sweet notes. An overall amazing experience.

After our dog broke into our refrigerator tonight, they were extremely helpful! Service was really fast, reasonably priced, and everyone was so nice!! Highly recommend

I took a 10 month old feral kitten we call Fall to the E-vet after he developed a severe limp. DVM Christine Sumner found several infected wounds, an eye ulcer and he was running a temperature. She was very clear when explaining the situatuon and proposed treatment. All issues were addressed and after a night under their care we were sent home with meds and healing instructions. It was obvious from the start the E-vet staff was concerned about the health of Fall. After 4 days Fall is doing well. His wounds/infection were extensive so he'll be recovering for a few weeks. Our intention was to release him back outside when fully recovered but keeping him inside during recovery has showed us how incredibly sweet and affectionate he is. We won't risk putting Fall back out on the street and hope to work with a local organization to get him adopted. Thanks to doctor Sumner and staff for taking care of Fall.

Thank God for this place. I'm a first time pet owner (grew up with animals but never owned one myself since I moved to lincoln) and the staff here were super comforting! I recently adopted a kitten and her neutered scar started to look infected. As a first time pet owner this really worried me since I only adopted her a few days ago and have been watching the site like a hawk. The Covid guidelines work well with them and even though you have to wait in the car, the staff takes very great care of you and you furry pal. Sarah on the phone was super helpful and comforted me through the whole process. The doctor also called me to update me on my kitty while I waited which was so relieving and awesome. Although I couldn't see the doctor in person I could tell she really cared about my kitty. I was maybe there for 30 minutes, got kitty looked at, received meds and we were on our way. Definitely recommend this place!

The staff here and everyone involved were amazing help. We had 2 kittens that were not eating and they helped us get them back to health. It meant the world to us.nnDid I mention this was during Christmas during COVID-19? Sorry to bury the lead. When there was nowhere else open, these guys were there. The kittens are doing great now. Thank you!
