The flower I had chosen was amazing on the picture but the flower my friend received was absolutely nothing like the ones advertised that I purchased.nTwo days after that I called them and the flower shop manager was so rude.

I have NEVER felt the need to leave a customer experience review but this was very important to me and I am very disappointed.nThe plant I ordered online is not even comparable to the cheap looking version that arrived at the funeral home today!nThere is one out of the five plants that are the same, the flowers that showed up look cheap and the bow is a replacement to other flowers that should of been on there! I spent a $100 and what I received was not worth anywhere near that!nI ordered the arrangement called The Secret Garden, you can look on their website to compare!
