Engwall Flowers

I ordered flowers for a friends birthday and they were absolutely perfect. I ordered them the night before and picked them up in the morning. They were super fast, beautiful flowers and friendly staff. Definitely will order again from them.

I’ve ordered twice through send flowers.com who utilize this florist. Both times I was very disappointed in the value and the arrangement. The first was at least attractive and somewhat resembled the arrangement pictured, if not overpriced. The second however was laughable. I’m no florist but I DO have a background in art and the arrangement I got was unattractive and did not at all resemble what was advertised. Did they purchase a couple of bouquets from a grocery store and toss them in a vase? Both times, while the plants weren’t wilted, they just didn’t seem particularly lively. I’ve gotten much healthier flowers for the same price. These people do not have an eye for design. I will be sticking to my immediate local florist for future orders.

Our families have used Engwall for decades. At one time I was a weekly customer. Sadly, no more. This is due to multiple incidents of terrible service and quality issues. The finally straw was the worst and took 16 months to resolve. When ordering several arrangements for my mother's funeral I wanted to pay via credit card. The woman said they couldn't take a phone payment and had to send an invoice. I had just moved and gave her my info. No invoice arrived. (Flowers were extremely disappointing and arrived late.) I called after one week, then called daily for another week. Either had to leave a message (which I did) or person on other end said I had to call back. I got busy...had to take care of my mother's estate, etc. 2 months later I call again. I was told there were no charges pending. Gave her info and address again. Never heard back so I mailed them a letter and kept calling. Finally I was told to quit calling as I was tying up the line and it was harassing. They even said there was no record of my account. I never got upset. Just said I wanted to pay my bill so I could put the funeral behind me. Then a creditor called. On top of that the charges were completely wrong! In the end and by some miracle, Engwalls could take my payment over the phone themselves. 16 months later and only because I kept calling them. Was treated like a crook! Oh, and they still hadn't updated my address.
