Shannon was an absolute angel. My Father-In-Law passed and she was more than accommodating. Dad wanted the bagpipes to play Amazing Grace and she made that happen. The service was beautiful and the associates were all so very compassionate. We cannot tell you enough how lucky Michigan Memorial is to have Shannon as part of this amazing team. The staff are professional and caring. They knew answers to questions and showed support through the entire process. The funeral home and grounds are beautiful in nature and are well maintained. I know several families who have used this location and everyone I have spoken with have been very pleased with the service and care given.
When my Wife passed away I was in shock. Her Son and his Wife stepped in and contacted Michigan Memorial. We had two plots reserved ahead of time and Michigan Memorial took action. They were very informative about the process and explained every procedure to the T. I felt very sure they would take care good of care of my Wife. We lost our mother on 10/18/20 and 7 weeks later on 12/06/20 we lost our father. We had both services at Michigan Memorial funeral home and their cripts are in the park, they were very supportive and very helpful to our family at a very difficult time in our lives starting with Jacob who set the services up for us, Elizabeth who still periodically checks in to see how we’re doing and everyone else, they’re just very professional and they all went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were taken care of. Our Parents would have been happy the way everything turned out.
The staff is kind and helpful. The way everything was set up was beautiful. And my Daddy looked great! Thank you for all that you do to help us get through this hard time!
