I can see why their rating is low. The receptionist is rude and does not know how to deal with customers. She makes the entire experience unpleasant, and the rest of the staff just enables her consistent bad behavior. Even when she is in the wrong, and it's going to come back on them hard for continuously doing this. The previous location was a lot better than this one.
First time visiting I asked for 3 shots. I mentioned we were flying with her and they tac’d on another $150 in things we did not know we needed and that the staff felt they did not need to tell us before hand. When speaking with the front desk receptionist (she’s tan, heavy, short with dark hair, and slight shaved beard growth) she had caught an attitude with my dissatisfaction saying they do not give quotes over the phone (which they did by the way) and publicly disrespected me in front of other guests and began to scream at her coworkers that we were never allowed to come back, which escalated the situation. I have the entire situation physically recorded and ready to dispute with higher ups. This practice does not care about patient relationships, they only care about how much money they can make from you. UNPROFESSIONAL.
Great staff great location great prices for vet services
My pups Smokey's new Vet I honestly think my dog loves the staff more than me now lol.
I’ve been taking my pups here for 10 years and I think the staff and vets are very good. I really appreciate all their hard work
