2 experiences - both outstanding! First as a recipient, we were impressed with their styling and creativity, which led us to our second experience as a customer. When some of the flowers died from the cold, they sent out another arrangement along with replacement flowers and comped the cost.nTop notch in quality and above and beyond in service - thank you for setting the bar so high
I went with Lake Zurich Florist because I didn't want a generic looking bouquet ordered through a big online company. I appreciate the creativity that goes into making a unique bouquet that reflects the receiver's personality and preferences. I am really happy with the flowers designed and delivered, as was the person receiving them. I gave them a budget and information about the preferences of the person receiving the flowers. They made a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind arrangement that was significantly better than anything I've seen online for the same price.
I'm so grateful to have found Anna and her team at Lake Zurich Florist! I live out of state and I'm so particular about the arrangements I send to a friend in the area. Knowing Anna and her staff are handling my order puts my mind totally at ease. Beautiful flowers and great service! I highly recommend this florist for all your floral needs. In addition, I requested an image of the sympathy arrangement and an ETA on delivery and everything was handled professionally and delivered within a very reasonable amount of time--especially during such cold temps!
