I picked this florist because it guaranteed same day delivery and is a small business I wanted to support. I ordered a bouquet for my lovely friend on her birthday, and received an email that substitutions would need to be made on the bouquet I chose. I was sure that indicated a flower arrangement would be delivered today. But nothing happened. No phone call, email, nothing. Super disappointing. My intention had been to leave a five star review but such is life. It was not to be.
