Ordered a basket for a coworker and it looked great upon pick-up. The next day my coworker sent me photos of moldy grapes. I was surprised but more shocked to learn that the shop tried to blame me for moldy grapes and claimed they didn't know how I handled it before I gifted it. I picked it up at 11am and it was gifted at 11:30 and kept in a refrigerator until my coworker went home at 12pm. She texted me the photo at 2pm the following day. I'm not sure how mold would grow in that short time. Obviously the store used old grapes and won't just take accountability for their mistake. I wasn't looking for money back, I simply expected the store to replace the grapes for my coworker. When they wouldn't, as well as never trying to contact me, I feel as though this is all I can do to vent my frustration. Everyone lost in this situation and it's very sad because it was an expensive gift and meant to be a great experience for everyone. Not telling people to stay away but maybe check the fruit before leaving the parking lot and maybe they will take accountability if you're unhappy with your purchase.
The WHEATON location is by far the best ever Edible Arrangement I’ve ever ordered from. The customer service representative and the overall staff were amazing. The fruit were so sweet that it mirrored their personalities, so thanks again for my birthday reward.
This place is a joke. The owner thought she delivered a nice platter . I wanted to surprise my husband with chocolate covered strawberries and HE WAS SURPRISED!nnHorrible strawberries. The dipping , well my 5 yr old would have done better . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE !!!!! I wish I could post pictures
I had the best experience with this company. It was my mom's birthday, she lives about 2 miles from this store, but I live in Arizona. The items were delivered on time, fresh and cold. They even called me because they couldn't get a hold of my mom and I gave further instructions. She was very pleased with the quality and portions.
This was an awesome experience. Ordered from nyc to Wheaton for my baby nephew.nGrace was professional throughout and I’ll def be back for business. Thank you!
