I LOVE this Florist!!! ♥ufe0fnThey saved my life ON MOTHER'S DAY two years ago. And since then, no matter the occasion they have never disappointed me. I have referred VERONICA'S FLOWERS to many many people and they all have been extremely satisfied. Funerals, weddings, any occasion.nThey have not let anyone down. That means everything to me since I hate to blindly spend $$ without a recommendation I trust.nAnd I would hate to refer a business that is subpar. But with Veronica's, EVERYONE was pleased.nAnd if saying I was able to get a beautiful, customized arrangement ON MOTHER'S DAY morning doesn't say it all I'm here to tell it's awesome. I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. At 5:50pm I called concerned that the delivery had not been made. The lady on tbd phone would not let me talk to someone about my order. All she would say I 'they have until 630 to deliver' and the store is closing in 10 minutes sir. I asked to confirm my order and all she would say is, I'm sure they have your order. Veronica's thank you for ruining my sister's birthday. I will be filing a, complaint with my credit card company. You have my money, my sister thinks I forgot her birthday all because you didn't deliver the product I prepaid you to deliver.

For Mother’s Day my daughter ordered flowers for me. She lives far away and either ordered online or by phone, the flowers arrived at 7.30 pm which we understand it’s Mothers Day they are busy......what was delivered were tulips in a vase. I sent a picture and instantly could tell my daughter was disappointed......she told me it was supposed to be a bouquet ( different kinds of flowers). I told her the tulips were pretty, I didn’t want to hurt her but felt she had been ripped off!nIf you can’t fulfill the order don’t take it! She is a single Mom and I know she spent hard earned dollars for what amounted to a bunch of grocery store tulips thrown in a vase, they never opened and after 2 days looked awful.nTo me this is totally taking advantage of the fact that orders are taken by internet and maybe the gift giver will ever see what is sent or the recipient will not tell them if it appears bad.nI have family in 4 countries and will advise them never to send via this florist.nPicture 1 is the “bouquet”nPictures 2 and 3 are after 2 days.

Had a last min delivery time change and they were able to do so without any hesitation. I needed the flowers delivered earlier than expected and they made it work. I will definitely be a returning customer.
