My daughter order a bouquet for Mother's day that was to be delivered on the Saturday. Not delivered as promised. She followed up on Sunday afternoon and received an excuse that they were busy not sure why it was not delivered, could not find her order. Finally delivered on Sunday night at 6pm!! Told me they thought they delivered it yesterday. The bouquet was very nicely done until Monday night when we noticed the flowers beginning to wilt. The water was changed frequently. By Wednesday the flowers where clearly more than wilting and some of the flowers were losing petals.Called the store and explained, they knew exactly who my daughter was and still gave the same excuse of being busy. Of course your busy it's Mother's Day. They promised to exchange the bouquet out for a new one the next day (thursday) after 4pm. Well they close in 2 minutes and still no new flowers. Not sure I would order from this florist again.

Pros and Cons.nPROS: Felicia is nice. The silks used were lovely and realistic looking. She will work with your budget.nNEUTRAL: Her prices are reasonable, but they say you get what you pay for. Her initial communication seemed professional but then was sparse, and it became obvious she had not written anything down. I texted her a list when it became apparent that she was not referring to the email I had sent her previously.nCONS:n1) The Boutonnieres were open roses and the wrong color.l. When I asked her about this her response was that she couldn't find Ivory due to the season. I find this extremely hard to believe, considering white and Ivory are pretty common wedding colors all year round. None of this was communicated to me prior. Groom's bout looked like a corsage there were so many roses and ribbon.n2) My wedding bouquet was misshapen (did not occur during shipping, box was fine when it arrived) The flowers literally started falling out shortly after arrival. When I messaged her about this, she said she didn't glue them in because she wasn't sure I would like them and that I could fix them myself. Again, none of this was communicated to me prior.n3) in the voicemail she left me, she told me I could easily rework this bouquet myself. Boy is that the truth, I was able to completely disassemble the entire thing in less than 2 minutes. It was only taped together in one spot. The thing is I paid her to do the work so that I would not have too! I spent hours of my time redoing what she was paid to do to begin with.nI wish I could upload the voicemail she left me trying to explain away the shoddy workmanship.nThankful my order was small and I was not out a ton of money. I am glad I was capable of creating something on my own that was far better than what initially arrived. I am grateful for the realistic silks that I was able to repurpose.

I have not yet decided on a flower vendor for my wedding, but we met with Felicia for a consultation. She is very professional and did a great job of working with me to develop a quote to accommodate all of my requests and all of the flowers/decorations we need. The shop is very cute and unique.

This is the best florist around. Felicia is so nice and is willing to do anything for her customers. I have ordered several bouquets here and they have all exceeded my expectations. She is even able to deliver arrangements which is a huge plus.

Very easy to navigate the website and beautiful choices for arrangements. My transaction took less than 6 minutes and my friend received her flowers the same day!
