I recently took my cat there to get neutered - they took great care of him and the staff was awesome! I would highly recommend!
DR. NIEMANN and his staff are very friendly and caring with their patients human and animal. We feels comfortable.
I would recommend this vet to family and friends. I have taken my 2 dogs to this vet for almost a year now. The office is friendly, polite, and quick to accommodate appointments. The vet techs are able to answer most questions and kept us up to date when our dogs had surgery. Dr Nieman is very patient and knowledgeable. We also boarded our dogs there while we were on vacation. I never had any concerns about their well being. We could call anytime and we’re updated. When we picked them up, they acted like they wanted to stay!
I had an appointment for my dogs teeth cleaning. Dropped my dog off at 7:45AM. They said they would call me back. They never did. I called them multiple times throughout the day for a status update. It’s just a voicemail box that’s always full. It wasn’t until 4:00PM until I got ahold of someone. They gave me the news they couldn’t do the cleaning due to the vet being sick. I never got a courtesy phone call during the day saying they couldn’t provide service. As the customer, I had to follow up.nnMy dog didn’t eat at all the entire day until he got home, since he was told he should go to his appointment on an empty stomach. He came home VERY thirsty. I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone until they change their ways. It seems they’re under-staffed. Something is wrong here. I’m very upset still.
I absolutely love this practice! Dr. Niemann is amazing and treats you like family. He has helped me through a very difficult time when we had to put our dog to sleep, and he’s the only doctor I trust with our new puppy. He’s patient and kind! His staff is always amazingly kind to our family whether we are coming in for a check up or boarding our pup. I highly recommend Freeburg Animal Hospital!
