I have used this vet for over 15 years. They are always amazing and answer any questions I have. The whole staff is amazing. They also get you in quick for appointments.
**DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF CONFUSING THIS FACILITY WITH BETHALTO SPAY & NEUTER CLINIC! APPLES TO (ROTTEN!) APPLES!!!**nnTHIS clinic is staffed with such incredibly kind and knowledgeable animal lovers, it's difficult to put it into words.nThey neutered a puppy I had over 25 years ago (who is still on my top 4 list of all-time favorite furbabies), & he was treated with SO much love.nThey helped lead our kitty (accompanied by a HUGE piece of our hearts ud83dudc94) to the Rainbow Bridge a little over 9 years ago - and did so with SO MUCH compassion... for him AND for us. (I'm not crying! YOU'RE crying! ud83dude2d He's also on the list!)nAnd they've been there to meet the needs of our other furry family members over the years as well. I recommend Bethalto Animal Clinic to others - HIGHLY! - every chance I get! There's simply no substitute or room for compromise!
Have had pets for my entire life. Only vet I would go to. But not really set up for emergency care. Think doctors office vs emergency room. Still always a good experience.
Friendly and competent staff make follow-up calls to see how your pet is progressing. Quick accommodations for emergencies. Very reasonable charges.
The most awesome humans work here! Very kind, knowledgeable and caring, along with being affordable. My furbabies love when it's time to go. Highly recommend!
