This place is an awesome place to take your pets.. The staff is very understanding and helpful. My daughter had a very sick husky and Dr Rob helped him and had compassion for what my daughter was going through.. Very reasonable in their pricing.. Would recommend to everyone who owns a pet
It is important to me that caretakers of my pets and livestock are open to discussion about treatment. With the process of having to stay in my car, discussion is not easy. My most recent visit was for an injury, so I wrote a narrative, expressing my requests. The tech who took Lucy inside seemed pleased, and Dr. Rob came to my car for a full explanation of the care he recommended. Lucy needed stitches, under full sedation, and it was early evening. He proposed that I take her home for the night, so she could be supervised, and bring her back in the morning. Everyone was positive, helpful, and hopeful - just what Lucy (and I) needed!
We took our Chinchilla Bear today for a swollen shut eye.. because of Covid they had us pull up and they came out to get him. The staff was wonderful to our bear. He was treated quickly. It was fairly priced as well! Some vets charge through the roof for chinchillas because they are considered an exotic pet they did not. Bear is home feeling much better!
Our pets and we were treated well. The doctor even walked out to our car on a cold morning to discuss her findings in person. All people that we met were personable and professional. We feel that our pets are in good hands in treatment and in gentle, respectful care.
Good place but crazy expensive. They recently remodeled and as you can guess they raised the prices. Dog grooming has almost doubled so we are going somewhere else.
