Your fine people did an amazing job on the flowers for my father's funeral services. We were very pleased. I was raised in West Haven, now I reside out of state. I contacted some friends whom are still local and they said you did great work. You made doing business over the phone very easy. Every one was professional and courteous. We order all of our floral needs from this shop. They are personable and friendly. We have never been less than thrilled with them.
A Family friend is in the hospital out of town. I didn’t know where to find a local florist. I thought the reviews looked good so I would go with them BUT What I ordered online (I even called the store to make sure I would get what I want) and what was delivered was not the same. Very disappointing!!!! I even went with the premium thinking if I pay more Inwould get a nice arrangement! I thought wrong. I would not recommend.
I can't say enough good things about Fitsgeralds, truly. They were intuitive, kind, understanding & patient. The flowers & arrangement arrived on time & were the most beautiful! A sincere thank you for making a difficult time less stressful.
We bought a spray for a wake service. Easy, no hassle ordering on the web. They were delivered on time. The flowers were even more beautiful in person than the picture on their website. Several people told us how nice they were.
