The staff is always courteous and helpful. Dr. Wagenheim is knowledgeable, always talks through his recommendations for treating our two dogs, and never overcharges. I would recommend 69 South to anyone!
Excellent service and compassionate, caring staff.nI have never been disappointed with the care given to my pets.
You won't be going inside with your pet. You won't be talking with the vet about the exam either. It is ostensibly a Covid-19 excuse, but I've done plenty of business wearing a mask, which the staff wasn't wearing inside by the way. I'm not going to speculate that not being present will result in services not being provided, but what is the point if I can't be there to ask questions or be told what is going on. I wouldn't go under general anesthesia for a physical, but this is functionally the same and seems deliberately constructed to take in money with a minimum (really none) of involvement with the customer. Great job taking advantage of the situation from a business that clearly doesn't want pet owners involved in the process.
If you're needing a good Veterinary Clinic, I recommend this place. They provide great service for your fur babies. As well as having very professional and nice employee's. Thank you 69 South Veterinary Clinic.
Great, friendly, professional staff. As first time dog owners we had a lot of questions and needed some direction dealing with the care of our new puppy. They were and still are, very patient and kind to our pet's needs and ours too.
