I needed to send an arrangement for my aunt's/friend service today and found this florist. Something told me to call and not finish order online. I'm so glad I did. I ordered flowers online for a family member. I called the shop when at 5:30 pm because they hadn’t been delivered. It turned out that the online order never got into their system.nnI ordered a $100 bouquet. She delivered a $175 bouquet on that same day. She also offered 10% discount on a future order.nnI love companies that take pride in their business and will remedy situations that arise. They deserve 10 stars. Thank you so much for making my relative extremely happy!!
