Five stars all the way! I recently ordered flowers from Cassandra’s for my Mother in law who lives in Fort Stockton. I couldn’t pick an arrangement in person but they put something together, which came out beautiful. She absolutely loved them! Rosa took my order by phone and was so helpful, very sweet as well! Thank you so much. I will be ordering from here again. I highly recommend!
I specifically asked for Dahlia flowers to be sent to my Mother for Mothers Day as this is the first Mothers Day we spend apart due to COVID. The gentleman was very nice when I ordered the day before and stated that they did indeed have Dahlia flowers to send the next day. My mother did not receive the specific flowers I asked for and I was not notified of this or was even given an apology until I called them and one was given to me after the conversation half heartedly. I would have appreciated a phone call! Nothing was done to appease the situation as in “So sorry Ma’am, when we do get Dahlia’s in we will be happy to deliver free of charge to appease your original request!”
Alex was a god send!nAmazing flower arrangements with an elegant and artistic touch. They were so kind and helpful and I live in California. I was trying to describe what I wanted (in general), but, I wanted them to use some artistic license! I couldn't have asked for any thing better! My Mother In Law loved them and sent us a picture and I loved them. They were beautiful and would have fit perfectly into any industry event I have been to here in California! Ask for Alex!!!!!
