Great place,amazing staff super good with my dogs even though they're scared going there the staff always gets them to calm down and get seen. If you're looking for a place for your beloved pet this is the place. Honest about the best treatment and explains so makes easy to understand what's going on with your pet. Always receive reminders about shots and flea pill time
In response to the veterinarians statement below: CLEARLY you did not even read the document I requested to sign. The form asked the date the pet was last seen, which needed to be WITHIN A YEAR, not the day of. Of course I would not ask anyone to break a law and lie on an official document. This practice administered the vaccines, end of story. That is what was needed for verification. I have uploaded the document so there is ZERO CONFUSION or hearsay. My statement still holds true, the customer service is poor, they don't even take the time to read documents and the woman on the phone was rude.nnVery rude staff. Would not sign a required form stating this veterinarian administered proper vaccinations without seeing her that day even though it was within the year. Truly poor customer service.
