Heart broken, when I ordered flowers 3 days ahead of time for my cousins funeral, they accepted the ordered, but never delivered the flowers. Very undependable and unprofessional. If, you actually want the flowers you ordered do not used them.

I place all my floral orders with Joys and they always do a superb job. Yesterday they put a beautiful bouquet together for me at the last minute 5 minutes before they closed. They make all my mom and grandmother related deliveries as well.
