I called the flower shop to make sure my delivery would be there before 1pm (person receiving it would not be there after). I was happy to see that they made sure that was done. Customer service, ordering, processing, was all efficient! My issue, which is why it's a 3 star review and not a 5, is because the arrangement I ordered is made up of all roses. The arrangement received had some pink carnations to replace some pink roses. I understand the small print, and know substitutions will be made in the event certain flowers are not available. However, pink roses are not rare, you can find them at any local grocery store. I absolutely hate carnations, they are a filler flower, a funeral flower, and not one I wanted for my mother's birthday. I specifically purchased this arrangement because it was composed of all roses. I was disappointed to see that even though I was willing to spend $100, corners were cut to make it cheaper for the floral shop.

I had order some rose boutique for my wife's birthday, what I saw online and what I got was totally different roses. I've order from here before and I never got this issue, what makes me more mad is that it was really expensive for something that wasn't what I wanted, so never again.nnEdit.nAs I got a response, so they didn't have the roses I wanted and the substituted with different ones, thou I got charge for the original ones, maybe the ones they gave me were cheaper, they died fast. So makes it sure they should be cheaper, flowers from H.E.B lasted longer than this ones I got. If they would've told me they were gonna change my order, or decided to not charge me full price I wouldn't make a big deal, usually I never make a bad post but this time I will make an exception.

Order was there on time, flower spray was excellent just as ordered. Will definitely use Garza's Floral & Gift Shop again.

Friendly, fast and efficient...they delivered Valentine's Flower gift in no time, with very short notice.
