I live out of town and needed a florist to order a standing wreath for a family member funeral. Peaceful Crossover was the name of the standing wreath and Allison's Floral did a beautiful job. The wreath was absolutely beautiful and they delivered it to the funeral home that same afternoon because the service was early the next morning. I will definitely call Allison's Floral for all of my out of town floral orders. Customer service over the phone was also excellent.

I am very happy with the customer service I received! The lady that answered her name Olivia was very nice and helpful. I had just remembered my friends birthday ud83cudf82 today and I was afraid that it would be to late to send her flores! She is a senior who lives in a nursery home. I knew she would be very happy!
I live in Houston and placed an order of a dozen roses as a gift back home (Laredo). The staff who I was in contact w/ (over the phone) were extremely helpful. They had great enthusiasm for the roses they were selling, how they were going to arrange it, and how it would be delivered. The finish product was beautiful and I’m glad I did business with them. I look forward to working with them again soon.
I’m not from Laredo but I needed an arrangement sent in that area and as usual I waited until the last minute to order (called at 5 for a visitation from 5-8) and the person who helped me was SO patient with me and assured me she would try to get the spray delivered today. This was after another floral shop didn’t give me the chance to even try to send it to the funeral the next day. Sure enough, Allison’s floral shop worked AFTER HOURS to be sure I could get an arrangement to support my friend At the visitation and showed me a picture of it delivered. Being far away, I don’t have to worry about the spray not making it because she kept full communication. Thank you Allison’s, will be recommending/using again!
