The selection wasn’t vast, but do to COVID many shops are running at low supply, but even still Mrs. Morales was able to put together something elegant and filled out to celebrate my friend’s birthday. She was willing to talk with me about the arrangement I was seeking and building it based on what she had in inventory. I was very appreciative.

I recently visited Grizel’s Flower and Gift Shop to obtain a quote for 37 flower arrangements. I spoke to Ms. Patsy, whom provided me with outstanding customer service, that of which is rare in Laredo. I showed her a picture of a sample arrangement, and she proceeded to give me essential information on each of the flowers along with how to care for them. Their prices are very competitive and reasonable. I definitely recommend Grizel’s for anyone looking for flowers arrangements for that special occasion.

Pat took our call 30 min. before closing and agreed to deliver our order the same day! Don't hesitate to call Grizel's anytime you need flowers!

I ran around Laredo looking for a florist and No one had ready to sell arrangements except for Grizel's. Everyone else wanted me to place an order 24-48 hrs before. This shop had fresh and Gorgeous arrangements. 6 stars if possible. Staff very patient and with no rushing the client. My mother Loved the flowers. YAY! Will definitely come back.
