This is a great veterinary practice. I have been going for over 20 years and they have always been responsive and kind. The quality of service is excellent and they keep up with the latest technologies and procedures. The veterinarians and staff are all very kind and helpful, and they truly care about animals and the quality of their lives. As a result, our pets consistently outlive their breed ages by many years. $$
You ca tell that everyone there really cares about their patients. They provide gray care and have a good rapport not only with their clients, but their human counterparts too. They take the time to explain and make sure all your questions are answered. I will always bring my pets here.
This was my first time taking my fur baby to this vet.nnI have a 12/13 year old beagle/Dachshund that has been having teeth issues. All of the employees I spoke to were very clear about absolutely everything involving my baby. From the woman I spoke to who booked my appointment, the young lady who called to confirm my appointment, the two gentlemen I saw prior to my baby being taken back, and the vet who called me to speak to me about what they had figured out. I was positively stunned at how fantastic the service was. I am looking forward to taking both of my fur babies here for all their needs.nn10 out of 10 would recommend. The curb side service was a breeze and super painless for me. Price was also very comparable to the service that I was given.
Ryann is an actual angel. She is smart, friendly, knowledgeable and always gets us in. The doctor took her time explaining everything to me (twice), and reassured me until I felt like I understood everything. The peace of mind this office gives is priceless.
Jewel was in great hands at Brown Trail. From the first phone call and through the next days - they were attentive, they were quick, they called us with updates and Jewel’s surgery was successful.nThey also provided us with plenty of supplies to care for her during recovery. Loved my experience!
