Wonderful wonderful place. I have a cat who is about to be two years old. I take him to the Texas Coalition to get his shots. Well this second set of shots made him react and he woke up throwing up over and over the next morning. I was frantically trying to find a vet. I called Thrive and they recommended me here. I will say that as soon as i called this vet, they saw me that morning right away with my cat throwing up. They helped him and gave him some stuff to help with his reaction to the shots. They were so sweet and caring. I felt so peaceful after leaving them. I will say that they are now my forever home for my cat. This place will not let you down.
Our dog has a chronic illness which in the past had been very difficult for us to manage. Dr. Johnston provided a plan that has significantly improved our pet's wellbeing. We are grateful for his expertise and for the time he spends explaining our pet's condition. Thanks also to the wonderful staff. Highly recommend.
Dr. Johnston and his staff are AMAZING! They helped our dog after a tail injury and made the whole process very smooth with zero stress. Dr. Johnston's techs were so sweet when they came to get our dog and I could tell I was leaving her in good hands. Dr. Johnston kept me informed the whole time and helped me understand what needed to be done. We drove from Plano and it was totally worth it! Highly recommend!
Great place to take your pet! Dr. Johnston is super thorough, knowledgeable and gets the job done right! The staff is friendly and kind with our pets. After many less than stellar visits to other vet clinics around the metroplex, we now drive well over an hour to see Dr. Johnston and his team because they're unquestionably the best we've found!
Town Center and everyone that works there is great. They are always helpful, compassionate, and take care of the fur babies and the people that love them. I have been lucky to have great vets for my babies in every city and state we have lived and Town Center provides top notch care. So glad we found them when we returned to the area.
