Great customer service from everyone! Very helpful in answering my questions as a new dog mom.
Staff is great... the earlier you go it seems a bit stressed because everyone wants to get in/out quicker, but staff seems to have things working good.
I signed up for the membership for my puppy and I had taken my dog three time because he was having a rash. And they continued to inform us that he was fine and kept on giving him rash medication. But now me and my wife have ringworms. And after some seconds opinions and research we found that our dog has ringworms as well. I am very disappointed that I pay all this money for them to not even take care of my dog, and now I have to pay more money to take care of my family.
They iight. The receptionist had no compassion when I asked for an update on my cat. Which the doctor had called earlier and told me that I’d have to take him to the emergency vet so I was quite upset and concerned for my cat. So yea thanks for that.nnDr. Moore was great and informative but I stand by what I said about one of the tech/receptionist whatever she is.
