I wouldn’t choose any different vet for my sweet pet. This team is so cheerful and it starts as soon as you walk in the door. They call my pet by her name. And she loves them. She feels so at ease in the clinic and so do I. Everything is explained in great detail. Staff is always smiling!! Clean and smells great!!
We had a fur baby emergency on a holiday no less, they were the sixth place I called as everyone in town seemed to be having a pet emergency and were kind enough to see our baby urgently. Professional from the moment I walked in, checked and re-checked, very thorough explanation of what was going on, what could be happening. This vet office took such good care of our baby as if she were their pet. So grateful for the staff at premier vet.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I just moved here from Indiana and this was definitely a good choice on our end to trust them with our fur babies. Fair prices and wonderful staff! I am so greatful to have found a comparable vet to the one I left in Indiana.
I have been taking my dogs to this veterinarian for a little less than six months now and I am very impressed with their service! When my dog got spayed, I had arranged for a scratch pay loan and long story short, scratch pay screwed me over and I had to pay out of pocket that day rather than paying it out over a month or so with scratch pay. Taylor from Premier Veterinary Hospital got on the phone with them and tried to help as best she could, but they would not compromise. I flat out didn't have the money to pay the whole bill right then, but Premier worked with me and they were so nice about it, even though it is not their normal policy to make payment arrangements. Most importantly, everyone that works there, including the doctor, seems to have a deep love for animals. I always feel that all of my questions are answered fully (and I ask a lot of questions) and they are very informative about any and all options before they do anything with your baby that will cost you money (which is the opposite of what I have experienced with other vet offices in the area). I would recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone in the Tyler area that is looking for somewhere loving, yet professional, to take their fur babies.
Excellent staff ! Very caring and professional! They take the time time with you to explain all the services they offer. First time here and I am very pleased with our first visit with my two babies.
