They are the best in town. Always explains things in our level without ever being patronizing. I appreciate everything they've done for us and our pets. They even got us in when we had a minor emergency right as they were closing. The best vets in Tyler! Our only complaint is that they do not enforce the mask mandate like they should and that makes very uncomfortable (hence the four stars).
Really enjoyed all visits here. We felt welcomed every time. The staff and Vets are just all so nice and compassionate. We have found the best place for all our Furr-babies.
We love Starnes! All our pet go here if we ever need anything! The staff genuinely cares and it shows. The vet is great and always provides the necessary treatment and advice while also being cost conscious. We will always go to Starnes to care for out furry loved ones!
I’m a third party who worked with the clinic to provide care for a sick dog who belonged to a friend. The entire staff was professional and compassionate at every turn. I couldn’t have asked for better. I have lots of experience with veterinarians, having had two dogs diagnosed with and treated for cancer. In both cases, I lost my dog to the disease. Painful as it is, I urge anyone with a very sick senior dog to consider that, no matter the skill of the clinicians, it is likely that your dog will not survive. Please think twice before blaming medical personnel for a loss that almost certainly could not he be been prevented. Starnes Animal Clinic is a 5 star clinic and I would trust everyone there with the health of any of my fur babies.
I did a social experiment yesterday evening to see how compassionate vet clinic staff was toward a certain situation with their dogs. Well I must say that your office failed 1000%nnThe woman who was answering the phone had absolutely no compassion. Had an extremely condescending and rude demeanor. There was absolutely nothing professional whatsoever about her attitude.nnIf you can’t even have a front desk receptionist that is compassionate I couldn’t imagine what you have in the back.
